ORDER GRANTING Respondent's 10 Motion to Dismiss -- For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN MEMORANDUM AND ORDER, respondent's motion to dismiss is GRANTED. The petition for a writ of mandamus is DENIED in its entirety. The court expects the staff of the Metropolitan Detention Center to fully comply with the Bureau Of Prison's rules and regulations in processing the petitioner's administrative remedy requests. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and, therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of the Court is directed to mail a copy of this Electronic Order and the Attached Written Memorandum and Order to pro se petitioner.
