ORDER GRANTING Defendants' 9 Motion to Dismiss -- For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN MEMORANDUM AND ORDER, defendants' motion to dismiss the complaint is GRANTED in its entirety. Moreover, in light of the infirmities of the complaint as set forth in the Attached Written Memorandum and Order, the court declines to grant pro se plaintiff leave to amend the complaint. Accordingly, this action is DISMISSED with prejudice and without attorneys' fees and costs to any party. The Clerk of the Court is directed to mail a copy of this Electronic Order and the Attached Written Memorandum and Order to pro se plaintiff and to close the file maintained in this matter.
