ORDER OF DISMISSAL - For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN SUMMARY ORDER, pro se plaintiff's request to proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED for the limited purpose of this order and this action is DISMISSED for failure to state a claim. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and, therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this Electronic Order and the ATTACHED WRITTEN SUMMARY ORDER to pro se plaintiff at both the address provided on the complaint, to wit, YMCA, 99 Meserole Avenue, Room 409, Brooklyn, New York, 11222, and the address provided by plaintiff to the New York State Division of Human Rights, 11-11 Carroll Street, Apartment 3B, Brooklyn, New York 11225. The Clerk of the Court is further directed to close the file maintained in this matter. SO ORDERED by Judge Dora Lizette Irizarry on 03/21/08. (Irizarry, Dora)
