ORDER OF DISMISSAL - For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN ORDER OF DISMISSAL, pro se plaintiff is GRANTED in forma pauperis relief for purposes of this Order, and this action is DISMISSED. The court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal.
