ORDER DENYING LEAVE TO FILE COMPLAINT -- For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN ORDER DENYING LEAVE TO FILE, pro se plaintiff Molina is denied leave to file the instant action. The court's previous Order barring him from filing future in forma pauperis complaints remains in effect. The Clerk of the Court is directed to return, without filing, any future in forma pauperis complaint submitted by Mr. Molina that does not contain a request for leave to file. The court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. This action is DISMISSED and the Clerk of the Court is directed to close the file maintained in this matter. The Clerk of the Court is further directed to mail a copy of this Electronic Order and the ATTACHED WRITTEN ORDER to pro se plaintiff. SO ORDERED by Judge Dora Lizette Irizarry on 08/10/08. (Irizarry, Dora)
