ORDER denying 48 Motion to Stay; denying 52 Motion to Amend/Correct/Supplement; denying 77 Motion to Stay; denying 36 Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons discussed in the attached Memorandum & Order, Gentile's habeas petition, ECF No. 1, is DENIED. Additionally, his motions to amend the petition, ECF No. 52, to stay the proceedings, ECF Nos. 48, 77, to appoint counsel, ECF No. 38, and for summary and default judgment, ECF Nos. 36, 40, are also DENIED. I deny a certificate of appealability because Gentile has not made a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right. See 28 U.S.C. ยง 2253(c)(2). Ordered by Judge Edward R. Korman on 3/23/2018. (Chefitz, Jacob)
