ORDER re 27 Letter filed by Experian Information Solutions Inc., 25 Status Conference, 28 Letter filed by Experian Information Solutions Inc. -- For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN MEMORANDUM AND ORDER, the Report and Recommendation issued by the Hon. James Orenstein, U.S. Magistrate Judge, on January 2, 2013 [Docket Entry #25] is adopted and defendant's objections thereto [Docket Entries 27 & 28] are overruled. Accordingly, Defendant's motion to enforce the purported settlement agreement is denied. This matter is referred to the magistrate judge for further pretrial proceedings. Defendant is directed to serve a copy of this Electronic Order and the Attached Written Memorandum and Order on pro se plaintiff within five days of the date of this Order and immediately thereafter file proof of such service via ECF.
