REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS re 48 MOTION for Sanctions filed by Mona Mustafa, 30 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by NSI International, Inc. For the reasons set forth in the attached Report and Recommendation, this Court respectfully recommends to Judge Bianco that Plaintiff NSI's motion for summary judgment be GRANTED, and Defendant Mustafa's request to move for sanctions and to strike the First Amended Complaint be DENIED. The Court further recommends that NSI be required to submit the underlying documentation to support an award of attorneys' fees as described in the Report and Recommendation. ORDER adopting Report and Recommendations as to 53 Report and Recommendations. Having conducted a de novo review of the R&R, the Court HEREBY ADOPTS the R&R in its entirety. Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment is granted because plaintiff has shown that there is no genuine issue of fact concerning whether defendant breached the Settlement, and defendant's various objections do not raise a genuine issue for trial. In addition, defendant's motion for leave to move for sanctions is denied. As is discussed in the R&R, counsel for plaintiff shall submit adequate documentation, including contemporaneous billing records demonstrating the reasonableness and necessity of their rates and hours. Counsel shall submit such documentation no later than April 25, 2014. A copied of this order was mailed to defendant by chambers on 3/26/2014. SO ORDERED. Ordered by Judge Joseph F. ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: 96 moiton moot, granting #105 and adopting #128. For the foregoing reasons, the Court adopts the R&R in its entirety. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff's September 8, 2014 motion for attorneys' fees is deemed moot, plaintiffs April 19, 2016 motion for attorneys' fees is granted, and plaintiff is awarded $20,160 in attorneys' fees.
