MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting 60 Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff has failed to present evidence from which a reasonable jury could either infer discrimination or conclude that defendant terminated plaintiff's employment for a reason other than plaintiff's violation of defendant's policies by performing her clinical rotations at another hospital while she was on sick leave and medical leave. For the foregoing reasons, the Court grants Defendant's motion for summary judgment. The Clerk of Court is directed to close this case. Ordered by Judge Margo K. Brodie on 2/26/2016. (Francis-McLeish, Ogoro)
