ry of the final judgment. Ordered by Judge Jack B. Weinstein on 3/16/2016. (Barrett, C) MEMORANDUM & ORDER granting plaintiff's 63 Motion for Summary Judgment. The final arbitration award issued on November 30, 2015 is confirmed. Defendants' 73 motion for summary judgment is denied. Remaining motions to dismiss filed by plaintiff and defendants prior to the issuance of a final arbitration award are dismissed without prejudice as moot. Within ten days of this order, the parties shall submit a proposed final judgment confirming the arbitrator's award of $19,297.96, making it the judgment of the court. As noted in infra Part VI, the portion of the award ordering no future work stoppages shall not be included in the judgment. If the parties cannot agree on the form of the judgment, each side shall submit a proposed judgment within ten days of this order. No costs or disbursements are awarded. Local 3 was, in effect, supporting the view of the NLRB in opposing enforcement of the arbitral award. Case 14-CV-2437 shall be closed upon ent
