MEMORANDUM AND ORDER re: 18 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings; re: 20 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings: For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum and Order, plaintiff's cross motion for judgment on the pleadings is GRANTED, and the case is remanded for further analysis on Dr. Nidhiry's medical opinion, Sanfilippo's credibility, and the discrepancy between the vocational expert's testimony and the DOT.
