MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting 32 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum and Order, the court holds that the Commissioner's finding that plaintiff was not disabled as defined by the Social Security Act since January 13, 2011, was supported by substantial evidence in the record. Accordingly, the defendant's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings is GRANTED, and the decision of the ALJ is AFFIRMED. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to enter judgment for the defendant, and close this case. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to serve plaintiff with a copy of this Memorandum and Order, and note service on the docket. Ordered by Judge Kiyo A. Matsumoto on 2/13/2017.
