ORDER granting 30 Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum and Order, defendant's motion for summary judgment is granted with respect to plaintiff's first and second causes of action, alleging retaliation under Title VII and the NYSHRL. The court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over plaintiff's NYCHRL retaliation claim, which is dismissed without prejudice to pursuing it in State court. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to enter judgment for defendant in accordance with this Memorandum and Order and to close this case. Ordered by Judge Kiyo A. Matsumoto on 3/31/2018.
