ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION: Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 636(b) and Rule 72, the Court has reviewed the R&R for clear error and, finding none, concurs with the R&R in its entirety. See Covey v. Simonton, 481 F.Supp. 2d 224, 226 (E.D.N.Y. 2007). Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that default judgment is granted in favor of Cartagena as against Providence in the total amount of $20,744, comprised of: (i) $15,744 in back pay; and(ii) $5,000 in emotional damages. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter Judgment pursuant to this Order and close the case. The Clerk should also mail a copy of this Order and the accompanying judgment to both Cartagena and Providence, and note the mailing on the docket. Ordered by Judge Roslynn R. Mauskopf on 5/3/2018.
