MEMORANDUM & ORDER re 18 Motion to Suppress as to Collin Felix (1). The court finds that Allen had probable cause to stop and frisk Felix. Accordingly, the gun and ammunition found during the stop and frisk were lawfully obtained and will not be suppressed. Thus, Defendant's motion to suppress is DENIED. The parties are DIRECTED to contact the court's Deputy within seven (7) days of the entry of this Memorandum and Order to set a trial date. So Ordered by Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis on 4/8/2016.
