MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting 5 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; granting 15 Motion to Dismiss: For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum and Order, respondent's motion is granted and the petition for a writ of habeas corpus is dismissed. The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this Memorandum and Order and the accompanying judgment to petitioner, and close the file.A certificate of appealability shall not issue as petitioner has not made a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right. See 28 U.S.C. § 2253(c)(2). The court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore IFP status is denied for the purpose of any appeal.. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, the application of non-party Taquesha Jackson (Doc.
