MEMORANDUM & ORDER: Plaintiff filed a 64 Motion for Reconsideration of the Court's 29 December Order. On 1/20/2017, Defendant filed an opposition to Plaintiff's motion for reconsideration. The Court denies Plaintiff's 64 motion for reconsideration. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal.
