MEMORANDUM & ORDER, For these reasons, the Court grants Defendants' motion for summary judgment with respect to Plaintiffs' remaining federal claims and declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiffs' remaining state claims. Accordingly, the Court remands Plaintiffs' remaining claims for age, disability, and gender discrimination under New York State and City law, as well as Linell's remaining claim for defamation under New York common law, to Kings County Supreme Court. The Court respectfully directs the Clerk of Court to enter judgment accordingly and close this case. So Ordered by Judge Carol Bagley Amon on 3/30/2018.
