ORDER granting 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis FOR PURPOSES OF THIS ORDER ONLY AND DISMISSING COMPLAINT; ORDER re 7 Letter DENYING REQUEST FOR PREMOTION CONFERENCE AS MOOT -- Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis is granted solely for purposes of this Order. For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN MEMORANDUM AND ORDER, this action is dismissed in its entirety. Accordingly, defendant's request for a premotion conference for purposes of seeking leave to file a motion to dismiss is denied as moot. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and, therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of the Court is directed to mail a copy of this Electronic Order and Attached Written Memorandum of Law to pro se plaintiff and to close this case. SO ORDERED by Judge Dora Lizette Irizarry on 2/17/2016. (Irizarry, Dora)
