MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER: The complaint against Judge Block is dismissed because it seeks relief against a defendant who has immunity. 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(iii). I deny the plaintiff leave to amend her complaint. I also certify pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore informa pauper is status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. Coppedge v.
