MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. The Court grants plaintiffs request to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 1915. For the reasons stated in the attached Order, the complaint is dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiff is granted 30 days leave to file an amended complaint that must comply with Rule 8(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
