MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: For the reasons discussed in the attached order, VA's motion (Doc. No. 11) is granted, the complaint is dismissed sua sponte as to all remaining defendants, and Jones is granted thirty (30) days from the entry of this Memorandum and Order to file an amended complaint. If Jones fails to comply with this Order within the time allowed, judgment dismissing this action shall enter. Although Jones has paid the filing fee to bring this action, the Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith andtherefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purposes of an appeal. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to mail a copy of this Memorandum and Order to plaintiff Cynthia Jones, pro se, and note the mailing on the docket. Ordered by Judge Roslynn R. Mauskopf on 3/13/2018. (Taronji, Robert)
