Defendants' motion to dismiss (Dkt. 13) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Plaintiffs' claims under NYGBL Section 349 are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Defendants' motion to dismiss Plaintiffs' claims under ยง 43(a) of the Lanham Act is DENIED. Plaintiffs' request for punitive damages under the Lanham Act is STRICKEN. So Order
