(McKenzie, Lindsay)ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: For the reasons discussed in the attached Memorandum & Order, the Court adopts Judge Bulsara's R&R in its entirety and grants Defendants' motion as to Plaintiff's FLSA minimum wage and NYLL record-keeping claims, as well as Plaintiff's NYLL minimum wage and spread-of-hours claims relating to his employment during the period between January of 2013 and August of 2016. The Court denies Defendants' motion as to Plaintiff's FLS
