Although Plaintiff has paid the filing fee to initiate this action, the Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. (Lee, Helen) Modified on 4/14/2017 (Abdallah, Fida).ORDER DISMISSING CASE: For the reasons in the attached, although Plaintiff paid the filing fee to commence this action, for the reasons set forth above, the action is dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(h)(3). This action is also dismissed because the claims against Defendant Justice McDonald are frivolous. In light of this Order, the Court denies as moot Defendant's request for a pre-motion conference. The Clerk of Court
