ORDER denying 1 Motion for Preliminary Injunction AND DISMISSING CASE FOR LACK OF SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION -- For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN SUMMARY ORDER, this action is dismissed, without prejudice to refile in the proper forum, for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. While this Court is skeptical of the merits of the application for a Temporary Restraining Order and/or a Preliminary Injuction, it is for the appropriate jurisdiction to decide whether or not the show must go on. Plaintiff is directed to serve a copy of this Electronic Order on defendants forthwith and immediately thereafter file proof of such service via ECF. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close this case. SO ORDERED by Chief Judge Dora Lizette Irizarry on 5/5/2017. (Irizarry, Dora)
