MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. The plaintiff is permitted thirty (30) days from the date of this Order to file a second amended complaint. The second amended complaint must bear the caption, "Second Amended Complaint," and have the same docket number as this Order ("17-CV-5009"). All proceedings and summonses are stayed for thirty days. If the plaintiff does not file her second amendedcomplaint within the thirty-day period, I may dismiss the action and enter judgment against the plaintiff. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal.
