MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER dated 2/5/18 that plaintiff is granted twenty (20) days leave to file an amended complaint. No summons shall issue at this time and all further proceedings shall be stayed for 20 days or until further order of the Court. If plaintiff elects not to file an amended complaint, or fails to do so in a timely manner, the action will be dismissed. The Court certifies pursuant to 28:1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). ( Ordered by Judge Brian M. Cogan on 2/5/2018 ) c/m (Guzzi, Roseann)
