ORDER granting in part and denying in part 10. As explained in the attached Order, the Court rejects defendants' boilerplate arguments regarding their obligations under Fed. R. Civ. P. 11(b), which do not constitute "good cause" within the meaning of Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(b)(1). Defendants' have shown "good cause" based on the delay in obtaining releases from the plaintiff. The City and Officer Sikora shall respond to the Complaint by 5/21/2018. Also by that date, the City shall provide the identities of any additional officers involved in the incident described in the Complaint. See Valentin v. Dinkins, 121 F.3d 72, 75-76 (2d Cir. 1997). So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Cheryl L. Pollak on 4/12/2018. (Blase, Brendan)
