MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Accordingly, the instant pro se complaints are dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(h)(3), and because they are factually frivolous. 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(i). Plaintiff's applications for the court to request the appointment of counsel are denied. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. Coppedge v. United States. 369 U.S. 438,444-45 (1962). SO Ordered by Judge Raymond J. Dearie on 3/20/2018. (Ramesar, Thameera)
