ORDER, that the time for the U.S. to elect to intervene in this action or to notify the court that it declines to do so be, and it extended to and including 7/25/06. It is ordered that the sealing of the complaint shall continue to be modified to permit the U.S. in its discretion and without further order of this court, to reveal the existence of the complaint to and discuss the allegations of the complaint with the dft. It is ordered that the complaint and all other filings shall otherwise remain under seal until and including 7/25/06 unless the U.S. requests that the seal be lifted before that date. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: The Defendant will be awarded $81,303.83 in attorney's fees and $5,537.62 for costs incurred in the defense of this action. Plaintiffs are jointly and severally liable for the amounts awarded. This order fixing the amount of attorneys' fees and costs to be awarded to the defendant now resolves all motions pending before the Court, and plaintiffs' complaint has been dismissed.
