MEMORANDUM AND OPINION: For the reasons stated in the Memorandum Opinion and Order, the plaintiff's motion to amend his complaint to add Sergeant William Ricca as a defendant and to amend the date of service of the Notice of the Claim on the Village of Northport is granted. The plaintiff's motion to compel the records of any prior complaints of professional misconduct against the defendant police officers, as well as the defendant police officers' personnel records, is also granted, subject to the limitations set forth in the Memorandum Opinion and Order.
