ORDER granting in part and denying in part 9 Motion to Dismiss. The defendants' motion to dismiss is GRANTED to the extent it seeks dismissal of plaintiff's claims for (1) hostile work environment; (2) for intentional infliction of emotional distress; and (3) against defendant McGowan as an individual under Title VII.
