OPINION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 31 Motion to Dismiss; granting in part and denying in part 33 Motion to Change Venue. It would not be in the interest of justice to transfer the instant matter to the Central District of California, and Defendant McNarney's motion for transfer is accordingly DENIED. Defendant Broadcom's motion for dismissal or transfer for improper venue is GRANTED, and plaintiffs' claims as to Defendant Broadcom are transferred to the Central District of California. Defendant Wang's motion to dismiss is GRANTED. Defendant McNarney's motions are DENIED. IT IS SO ORDERED. Ordered by Judge Sandra J. Feuerstein on 1/29/08. (Brienza, Lauren)
