OPINION AND ORDER that plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis is granted; and it is further ORDERED that the complaint is dismissed sua sponte with prejudice; and it is further ORDERED that the clerk of the Court shall sent a copy of this order to plaintiff by regular first class mail and by certified mail, return receipt requested, and shall close this case. The Court certifies that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purposes of any appeal. SO ORDERED. Ordered by Judge Sandra J. Feuerstein on 1/23/08. (Brienza, Lauren)
