ORDER re 30 motion for partial summary judgment filed by Plaintiffs Trathony Griffin and Michael Godwin, and 27 motion for summary judgment filed by Defendants Sirva, Inc. and Allied Van Lines, Inc. For the reasons discussed in the attached memorandum and order, the Court denies Plaintiffs' partial summary judgment motion and grants Allied's and Sirva's summary judgment motion, dismissing Plaintiffs' New York State Human Rights Law claim against them and dismissing them from this action. ORDER granting 56 Motion for Damages; granting 71 Motion for Attorney Fees. For the reasons set forth in the attached MEMORANDUM AND OPINION,consistent with the jurys verdict, the Court finds that Defendant owes Plaintiffs damages in the amounts of $1687.50 to Griffin, $866.25 to Godwin, and $7537.50 to Callace. The Court also grants Plaintiffs application for attorneys fees in the total amount of $52,022.50. The Court directs the Clerk to enter judgment accordingly. Ordered by Judge Margo K.
