ORDER granting in part and denying in part 41 Motion to Compel. For the reasons set forth in the attached Order, Defendant's motion to compel is granted in part and denied in part. Plaintiff will serve his supplemental discovery responses on or before June 30, 2016. On or before August 1, 2016, Plaintiff will appear for his Rule 35 examination at a location reasonably designated by Defendant at a time and date agreed to by the parties.
