ORDER granting 9 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim; For the foregoing reasons, Defendant's motion to dismiss (Docket Entry 9) is GRANTED. However, Plaintiff is GRANTED LEAVE TO AMEND her Complaint in accordance with this Order. Any Amended Complaint shall be filed within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is DENIED for the purpose of any appeal.
