MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - For the foregoing reasons, the County's motion for summary judgment (Docket Entry 119) and PFML's motion for summary judgment (Docket Entry 120) are GRANTED. Plaintiff's Fourth Amendment and Monell claims are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
