ORDER DISMISSING CASE: For the reasons set forth herein (PLEASE SEE ORDER FOR FURTHER DETAILS), plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauper is is granted. However, the complaint is sua sponte dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The dismissal of plaintiffs claims here is without prejudice should plaintiff seek to pursue these claims in state court. The Clerk of the Court is directed mail a copy of this order to the plaintiff at his last known address and to close the case.The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauper is status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45, 82 S. Ct. 917, 8 L. Ed. 2d 21 (1962). Ordered by Judge Joseph F. Bianco on 1/5/2016. c/m via first class mail. (Ortiz, Grisel)
