ORDER denying 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. SO ORDERED that plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis is DENIED. Plaintiff is directed to pay the three hundred and fifty dollar ($350.00) filing fee within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Order, or the Court will dismiss this action without further notice. The Court also certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. ORDER granting 15 Motion for Reconsideration re 12 Order Dismissing Case,, 13 Clerk's Judgment. SO ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for reconsideration of the April 13, 2016 Order and final judgment against him is granted but, upon reconsideration, I adhere to my original determination to dismiss plaintiff's Section 1983 claims against Judge Berkowitz and ADA Grewert in their entirety with prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(2) for seeking monetary relief against defts who are immune from such relief; and to dismiss plaintiff's Section 1983 claims against the County in their entirety with prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(1) for failure to state a claim for relief.
