MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER as to TYRONE ROBINSON (redacted). For the reasons stated above, the Defendant's motion for bifurcation of the felon-in-possession counts, and the Defendant's motion for a suppression hearing regarding the seizure of the Defendant's cell phone during the execution of the parole arrest warrant on June 10, 2016 are granted. MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER - The Court reviews the R&R for clear error. See Toth, 2017 WL 78483, at *7; IndyMac Bank, 2008 WL 4810043, at *1. Finding none, the Court adopts the R&R 91 in its entirety. Accordingly, the Defendant's motion to suppress the cell phone 80 is denied. SEE ATTACHED DECISION for details.
