ORDER granting 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; denying 7 Motion for Order to Show Cause; For the reasons set forth above, Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED and her application for a Temporary Restraining Order and/or Preliminary Injunction is DENIED. The Clerk shall provide Summonses, copies of the Complaint, and this Order to the USMS for service upon Defendants forthwith. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is DENIED for the purpose of any appeal. ORDER denying 12 Motion for Reconsideration; granting 15 Letter Motion. For the reasons set forth above, Plaintiff's application for reconsideration of the March 29th Order is DENIED and her June 26th Letter Motion is GRANTED. The Court CERTIFIES the Constitutional questions as set forth by Plaintiff.
