MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER: Accordingly, for the reasons stated above, the Plaintiff's 12 motion for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Rule 12(c) is granted, and the Defendant's 14 motion for judgment on the pleadings dismissing the complaint is denied. The Plaintiff's motion is granted to the extent that this case is remanded back to the ALJ. That is, she is to (1) clarify of the content of Dr. Collin's treatment notes; (2) properly apply the treating physician rule, as detailed in Section II.C.1; and (3) re-review the objective medical evidence, and if it still does not substantiate the Claimants testimony, the ALJ must consider of all the evidence in the record and give specific reasons for the weight accorded to the credibility of the Claimants testimony.
