ORDER - For the reasons above, plaintiff's 2 informa pauperis applications are granted. However, the amended complaint in Khalil I and the complaint in Khalil II are sua sponte dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). The Clerk of the Court is directed to mail a copy of this order to the plaintiff at his last known address and to close the cases. The Court certifies pursuant to 28U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that, should plaintiff seek leave to appeal in forma pauperis, any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith, and in forma pauperis status is therefore denied for the purpose of any appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). SEE ATTACHED ORDER for details. SO ORDERED by Judge Joseph F. Bianco on 1/12/2018. c/m to pro se pltff by chambers; c/ecf and emailed to C.I. Judgment Clerk. (Coleman, Laurie)
