ORDER in regard to the #16 Stipulation to Judgment and Permanent Injunction signed on behalf of all parties: it is ordered that Defendant shall pay to plaintiffs the sum of $1,580.00; that Defendant shall pay plaintiffs' costs for filing this action and service of process in the amount of $420.00; that pursuant to the Stipulation to Judgment and Permanent Injunction, Defendant is enjoined from directly or indirectly infringing upon plaintiffs' rights under federal or state law in any sound recording as stated within this Order; that Defendant waives notice of entry of the Judgment and Permanent Injunction; that pursuant to the parties' stipulation, Defendant waives all rights to appeal the Judgment and Permanent Injunction; that the Court shall maintain continuing jurisdiction over this action for the purpose of enforcing this final Judgment and Permanent Injunction; and that the Clerk of the Court shall enter Judgment in the plaintiffs' favor and close this case.
