REPORT-RECOMMENDATION and ORDER: ORDERED, that Plaintiff's 2 In Forma Pauperis Application is granted; RECOMMENDED, that pursuant to the Court's review under 28 U.S.C. ยง1915, Plaintiff's entire Complaint should be dismissed for failure to state the personal involvement of any Defendant. However, in light of her alleged disability, this Court further RECOMMENDS, that prior to outright dismissal, Plaintiff be afforded an opportunity to amend her Complaint to properly allege the personal involvement of each Defendant, including those identified by name, those unidentified, and those identified only as an entity or municipality. DISCOVERY ORDER. The discovery deadline is extended to 5/15/2015. The dispositive motion filing deadline is 6/30/2015. All other provisions of the Scheduling Order shall remain in effect. The parties shall respond to their discovery obligations as soon as it is possible. The parties shall engage in depositions as soon as they are practicable. Bruno shall determine, as soon as possible, if she intends on taking the deposition of her treating physician in order to preserve her testimony for trial.
