No. 56) is GRANTED and he is TERMINATED from this action; and it is further ORDERED that Wacks' motion to dismiss (Dkt. No. 57) is GRANTED and she is TERMINATED from this action; and it is further ORDERED that the parties contact Magistrate Judge Christian F.
