No. 1) is DENIED as moot; and it is further ORDERED, that Defendants Dr. McIntyre and Public Safety Psychology PLLCs Second Motion (Dkt. No. 27) to dismiss the Amended Complaint (Dkt. No. 15) for failure to state a claim pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) is GRANTED.
