REPORT-RECOMMENDATION and ORDER. It is RECOMMENDED that Plaintiff's entire Complaint should be dismissed for failing to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. RECOMMENDS that prior to dismissal, Plaintiff be referred to the Pro Se Assistance Program to obtain assistance with amending her Complaint; RECOMMENDED that Plaintiff be given an opportunity to amend her Complaint with the aid of the Pro Se Assistance Program; RECOMMENDED that any amended complaint be submitted to the undersigned for further review; ORDERED that Plaintiff will have an opportunity to assert any objection she may have to anything in this RRO. Plaintiff should not file any other document with the Court until and unless she is directed to do so by the assigned District Judge. Plaintiff should await instruction from the assigned District Judge as to whether she will be permitted to amend her pleading prior to contacting anyone at the Assistance Program.
